Young Peace Ambassadors Academy is a peace education program for middle and high school students in New York City. Our aim is to provide a space for students to learn about global issues and become global citizens. We hope to equip young people with leadership and communication skills by cultivated safe space for dialogue and understanding. It’s important that students think globally and act locally in finding solutions to the challenges in our global world. The six weeks program consists of a series of structured activities including, weekly workshops and interactive discussions on topics of global concern. Each week, the activities will correspond to the field trips to the United Nations, International NGOs, Universities, and Academic Institutions.
